The Artist won five awards, and it's playing at the Prince Kuhio Stadium Cinemas, not yet at the Palace. I haven't seen it yet. Interestingly, it's only the second silent movie to win Best Picture. I figure that the Academy Awards began around the time silent movies began to be displaced by the "talkies."
